Slow Flow will move your energy, giving you the opportunity to identify, shift and release, and Nidra will help you rejuvenate as you connect to a deeper subtle body awareness. This offering focuses on nourishing the nervous system with an emphasis on slowing the body’s movement, lengthening one’s breath, and soothing the mind. Yoga Nidra further enhances one's experience of their physical and energetic bodies.
We’re excited to bring this offering to the community as a free class, we ask that you register in advance. Bring your own mat, blanket, any props you love to practice with, and an eye covering is suggested for Nidra.
