Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hrs notice if you cannot make your appointment. For all in person appointments (bodywork, facials, and reiki), if less than 24 hrs is given, you will be billed for 50% of your scheduled services. If less than 12 hrs notice is given, you will be billed the complete total of your scheduled services. For coaching cancellations, if 24hrs notice is not given, you will forfeit that week's coaching session. Our intention is to honor the time of our practitioners as well as hold space for the time you created for yourself. Thank you for your understanding.

Covid-19 Policy

We know these are challenging and strange times and our intention and mission is to create a safe space for our guests to receive love and care. We ask that you please fill out the digital covid form emailed to you before your appointment and inform your practitioner of any symptoms or changes in your health. We are happy to wear a mask when requested, we have a powerful air purifier running in the space and clean all touched surfaces in between each client. If you have any questions or concerns please know we are open to hearing about your needs.
