Welcome!
The Sanctuary is the home of Love Living Holistics and a collaborative healing space. It was created as a haven and home for local facilitators and leaders to offer their gifts to the Aquidneck Island community and beyond. This warm, bright, inclusive space feels like a loving hug as soon as you walk in, a deep exhale and a coming home.
It is our honor to care for you and offer a space for all to feel safe, held, and seen.
What we offer Here
A beautiful, rentable space to host transformational workshops, trainings, classes and experiences on a weekly, biweekly, monthly and one time basis.

Lori Pagliaroni
Lori has completed 1000, 800, & 500hr “Life Of A Yogi” Teacher Trainings with the world renowned Sri Dharma Mittra. He is known as the “Teacher’s Teacher” and the “Rock of Yoga”. She considers him her Guru on her spiritual path and has received the spiritual name Indra Devi Om as part of her lineage with Sri Dharma Mittra. Lori has also assisted Sri Dharma at his workshops at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires.
Lori is a deeply knowledgable and seasoned yogi and teacher in our community and we are so thrilled to have her and her students using our space for a 200hr yoga teacher training.
Rev Shelley Dungan
The Director of The Sacred Center, an ordained interfaith minister, trained spiritual director and certified yoga instructor, Reverend Shelley spends her days helping people find their “state of yoga“, connecting with their wholeness and providing many ways to rest in their own true nature.
She has an affinity for timeless, mystical yet practical spirituality, where all the faith traditions find their common ground and it is from this perspective that she leads, guides and inspires others.
Laura Sullivan
Laura Sullivan, founder of Namaste Wellness LLC and creator of Guided & Thriving, believes in the powerful energetic balance that happens when breath and movement come together. With a calm, welcoming approach, she guides families through yoga and mindfulness, helping them find strength, balance, and connection. In Laura’s classes, there’s no rush—just a chance to slow down, breathe deep, and move with intention, making every moment on the mat one of calm and gratitude. Laura offers family yoga as well as mindful parenting workshops at The Sanctuary.

Tyler Grimes
Postpartum Doula
Tyler Grimes has enhanced the lives of young children and their families since 2009. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked as a preschool educator for over five years. Tyler has a knack for creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment in combination with creating a partnership with the parents in setting and achieving goals for their children. Her focus is to build the path to your family’s health, happiness and harmony. As a Postpartum Doula, she brings her love and compassion to one of the most critical and challenging times in a new mother’s life. Tyler understands that no two babies, mothers, or family dynamics are the same — she uses her attunement to assess what is needed in each unique situation. Her experience includes traveling to various destinations working with newborns, twins, preemies, and conditions such as reflux and colic.
Kaley Davis
Birth Doula
Kaley is a birth educator, birth doula, postpartum doula, certified breastfeeding counselor, end of life doula, certified in safe sleep, and founder of Branches of Birth. Kaley believes birth is new and important every single time. She provides safe, well-informed birth support where mothers are made to feel valued and supported and her goal is to give families the tools, confidence, and all encompassing support to achieve their best birth. Birthing without fear – it’s not as out of reach as it sounds! She came to this work with a passion for advocacy and empowerment and client-centered care. Empathy is truly the cornerstone of her practice and she approaches each birth conscious of the fact that every birth is as unique as the families experiencing it.

Maggie Hatzpanian
Maggie Hatzpanian is a Rhode Island based Herbalist, Healer, Medicinal Gardener, Yogi, and Meditator. She combined her background in Nursing with her love of plants and this brought her to years of extensive study into the world of Herbalism & plant-based healing. For many years Maggie, using her understanding of health & disease, worked in her gardens with healing plants to bring balance & happiness into her life & the lives of her family, friends & her community.
In 2022 she created Maggie’s Healing Path, her Health & Wellness business.Using Herbal consultations, educational workshops, a full line of Herbal Apothecary products to bring her knowledge and love of plants, as well as all she creates to those seeking Health, Wellness, Balance & Happiness in their lives.
Julia Collins
Julia has been studying and practicing body + energy work for 11 years now! She is the owner of the Zen Den, located downtown in Newport at 42 Spring Street.
In 2012, she received her 200 hour YTT through the Swara Yoga Academy in Nicaragua. Julia also studied Polarity and Cranio-Sacral Therapies at Centro de Terapia de Polaridad in Mexico from 2013-2016 with renowned ‘curanderos’, Eduardo Morales and Silvia Vega. She recently returned in 2021 with her family to complete a 100 hour course on the Vagus Nerve. In between, she has been attuned to Holy Fire Usui Reiki Levels I and II, as well as Integrated Energy Therapy, and she is at the very start of learning to channel Light Language.
Cuyler Bell
Cuyler Bell has taught yoga for a decade in numerous capacities including, but not limited to: private, studio-based, gym, corporate, and virtual. Stylistically, she has a vast knowledge of teaching in the vinyasa style and loves to lead a juicy yin, a restorative yin. Her sequences are anatomically intelligent, dynamic, supportive and thoughtful. Playlists are designed to amplify the aesthetic of the yogic experience through careful curation.Originally certified through Core Power Yoga’s 200 hour recognized by Yoga Alliance in Boulder, Colorado, she later mentored with Lauren Porat, the owner of YogaSpark in New York, NY in 2014 where she began the bulk of her teaching career. She was later certified in Reiki I & II and is drawn to its uncanny accessibility to healing. Creating connection is what gets her up in the morning and she takes great honor in leading people to their innate strength while guiding them into physical wellness and a loving mindset.
