Flora and Flow

Join Cuyler Bell and Gabby Benson for an internal and external exploration of our yogic mindset and physcial practice as it relates to nature. Cuyler Bell will guide you through a magical flow designed to represent ourselves as it reflects in nature. This sequence will mirror the qualities of the florals and insights provided by Gabby Benson, of Sweet Sun Farm RI. Each person will transition out of practice with thoughtful insight into the connectedness of self and nature. as well a curated bouquet of florals from Sweet Sun Farm.
